Returns

If you experience a problem with your purchase and need to exchange or return the item it must be unused, unopened and in sellable condition to receive a full refund.  Products returned after 30 days are not eligible for refund or exchange.

DVDs

Brainy Baby uses the highest quality equipment in the duplication process and rarely find defects in the DVD products, however, if you do think your DVD is defective please try playing it on a different device to determine whether the DVD or the device needs to be cleaned.  Often the issue can be resolved by cleaning the DVD and the DVD player.  We are happy to accept DVD returns for an exchange of the same title if you find the DVD is defective. 

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards 
Downloadable software products
Health and personal care items such as baby teethers, etc.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 72 hours.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items with the same item if it is defective or damaged.  Please email customer service at info@brainybaby.com describing the problem.
